Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer phones and great visitors
- Manage phone, email and schedule to executives
- Book travel accommodations for team members
- Administrative duties including filing, copy/scan, word processing, data entry, etc
- Run front office, booking office use, maintaining office supplies, managing support vendors
Prerequisites
- Highschool diploma required, college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated, well organized and ability to multitas
