About Us

Since our inception by founder R. Douglas Petrie in 1982, Petrie Construction has been providing exceptional construction and design services. Based on the core values of exceeding customers expectations through quality construction, on-time delivery and cost-driven budget deliverables. We are a family owned and operated business, that currently services every state within the continental United States with General Contracting, Construction Management and self-perform services. Current single project size ranges from $5,000 to $50M.
From ground-up to small service projects, we are equipped to handle any construction needs. Our team has extensive experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, place of worship, grocery, multi-family residential, restaurant and more at single location, nationwide program and multi-site rollout. Specializing in fast-tracked construction for a number of nationwide clients. Offering pre-construction, planning, design, construction and facility management services.
